A fantastic hotel located in the heart of Bangkok city, Sky View Hotel Bangkok! Located right next to the chic Emporium shopping center off the BTS Sky Train Prompong station this hotel is modern and oh so convenient!
We stayed in a Sky View Executive Suite, a 62sqm room with a full kitchen area, dining table and including all kitchenware with a washing machine, a big living room with 2 televisions, a comfy king-size bed (6.5 ft), working desk,
and a massive bathroom with a separate bathtub. This room offorrs a stunning view of Bangkok from every window including the greenery of beautiful Benjasiri Park.
The Swimming pool and Gym are on the 8th floor. Enjoy the Sky View Hotel Bangkok's Liquid pool bar just next to the swimming pool, serving snacks and drinks from 8.00 - 18.00.
In the evening, we reserved a table for a drinks and some appetizer at Vanilla Sky bar, a nice rooftop venue located on the 35th floor, and enjoyed drinks &food at the Mojjo Bar Restaurant and terrace located on the 32nd floor.
We start our chillaxing evening at Vanilla sky bar, an awesome place to take in the Bangkok skyline, the rooftop views are beautiful and the evening breezes cool, you almost as well as the incredible cocktails they serve.
Vanilla Sky Bar also serves a selection of foods for you to nosh on while chatting with friends at high altitude.
For the food We sampled: Catalan Pizza ; Jamon Serrano ham, Sun-dried tomatoes and rocket salad - perfect thin pizza crust with delicious cheese and Spanish ham

These snacks and potables saw us craving more sustenance so headed to the to Mojjo Bar Restaurant and Terrace on the 32nd floor...
They have an indoor and outdoor area both feature a nice, relaxing vibe, perfect for drinks and snacks after a long day at work or exploring the city, we sampled: Tiger prawn dip in spicy coconut curry; grilled fresh Tiger prawn dipped in coconut curry tasty and not too spicy.
Peruana de México; A yummy mix of Mexican delights: Taco salad, Nachos, Quesadillas, and Fajitas with tomatoes salsa, serve with sour cream and guacamole
Barrio Asia platter; a perfect combination set comes along with Chicken tikka, Chilli crab curry, Crispy lamb in Schezwan sauce, Deep fried pork ball mixed with herbs, and chili served with crispy roti.
The food here is exemplary! I really love the Asia Platter set; the lamb and chicken are so tender and tasty!
Don't forget to sample their cocktails and excellent wines as well!
For breakfast they served a la carte menu at Prime restaurant on 7th floor, a selection of fresh coffee, egg, congee, baker set, salad, fruit platter and Thai food ; we recommended you to try Rice noodle stir fry with pork and soy sauce it is so good!, They also have Chicken noodle and Pork fried rice which is also delicious!
Sky View Hotel Bangkok a great place to stay in Bangkok, an amazingly convenient location in the Sukhumvit area. The Bedroom views are stellar, and the rooftop eateries and bar are worth a visit alone! Another destination you shouldn't miss when in Bangkok!
