Pattaya and Jomtien Trip 2018 with Thaifoodies! Restaurant & Resort Reviews
In our very first ex-Bangkok outing together the Thaifoodies team headed down to Pattaya and Jomtien beach for a 3 day adventure to review some of Pattaya's eateries and a lovely seaside resort.
If you are planning a trip for the first time to Thailand we recommend checking out this book on Amazon - Thailand Travel Guide: Typical Costs, Traveling, Accommodation, Food, Culture, Sport, Bangkok, Banglamphu, Ko Ratanakosin & Thonburi, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phuket & More
For the first team visit to Jomtien we stayed at the White Sand Beach Residences a 37 story high rise located right on the beach affording stunning views of the Gulf of Thailand.
We stayed in an Executive 2 Bedroom unit (12,871 Baht / $402) per night. This 2 Bedroom unit is huge with its own full size kitchen, dining room, living room and a massive balcony overlooking the sea! The Residence features a beautiful pool and direct beach access. A great family destination!

In addition to the amazing White Sands Residences we also stopped by a local Thai soup shop called Lued Moo Khun Sri for an early morning repast. The pork noodle soup here is yummy and only 60 Baht ($1.80) per bowl. So good!
After our noodle soup we decided to stop by one of Babe's favourite coffee and bakeries - La Baguette. This high end eatery serves up wonderful coffee, parties, baked good and a large lunch menu. Even though it was still early and we had just eaten we sampled a scrumptious berry waffle and hearty beef lasagna! Delicious!
Our Pattaya vacation will be continued in Part 2 soon.
