The Thaifoodies team was invited to the Oriental's Riverside Terrace for a summertime Antipasti Buffet by Chef Danilo Aiassa at Ciao Terraza Pop-Up on the banks of the mighty Chao Phraya river.
Ciao operates the Terrazza Pop-up from Wednesday to Sunday from 7 PM to 10:30 PM each week during the summer months to offer guests a lighter fare al fresco whilst watching the leisurely river traffic flow past.
The compact Antipasti Buffet is an exercise of quality of quantity, Chef Danilo is clearly flexing his gastronomic muscles here with an inspired offering of classic Italian salads, appetizers, cheese, meats and sumptuous desserts. Check out our highlight video of this amazing evening below
